Omeprazole (PROSEC) can prolong the elimination of diazepam, phenytoin, warfarin and other vitamin K antagonists. Decreased gastric acidity caused by Omeprazole may affect the absorption of other drugs (such as dasatinib, ketoconazole and itraconazole) when given concomitantly.
